Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Construction platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the platform and its users (including suppliers, factories, contractors, project owners, retail shops, and design companies). By accessing and using the platform, you expressly agree to comply with all provisions stated in this document.

1. Nature of the Platform's Operations (Technical Intermediary)

Platform's Role

Construction is a digital platform functioning as a technological bridge and direct intermediary between the “First Party” (factories and suppliers) and the “Second Party” (buyers, contractors, interior and exterior design companies, and project owners requiring building materials).

Commercial Disclaimer

The platform does not claim ownership of the displayed products, nor does it participate in manufacturing, warehousing, or physical delivery processes. Its responsibility is strictly limited to providing a digital environment that facilitates transparent product display, connects the relevant parties, and assists in completing commercial transactions.

2. Registration and User Accounts

Target Audience

The platform is specifically designed for Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It targets companies, institutions, factories, suppliers, and contractors, and is not intended for direct individual consumer use during its initial operational stages.

Information Accuracy

Users are fully responsible for providing accurate, official, and up-to-date information regarding their company or factory during registration and while using the platform.

3. Obligations of Suppliers and Factories (First Party)

Display Accuracy

Suppliers are required to upload product details and technical data sheets with maximum accuracy, including realistic photographs, exact dimensions, specifications, thicknesses, and actual pricing.

Updating Prices and Inventory

Suppliers are solely responsible for maintaining accurate prices, promotional offers, and inventory availability (including dead stock). This ensures commercial credibility and prevents misleading buyers.

Supporting National Products

In alignment with our vision to support the Saudi Arabian economy, priority and enhanced visibility may be granted to Saudi national factories and locally manufactured products.

4. Obligations of Buyers and Contractors (Second Party)

Legitimate Use

Buyers and contractors must use the platform’s search and comparison tools strictly for legitimate commercial purposes and based on actual project requirements.

Financial Transparency

The platform is designed to promote transparency by displaying authentic prices and discounts directly to decision-makers and business owners, helping reduce invoice manipulation and unprofessional commercial practices.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the platform’s design, search systems, databases, analytics, software, and digital infrastructure are the exclusive property of Construction. Copying, distributing, reproducing, or reusing any part of the platform without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Amendments and Governing Law

Amendments

Construction reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
